Possibly of interest - I started this page about Adding Crunchbang features
in another
distro<http://crunchbanglinux.org/wiki/adding_crunchbang_features_in_another_distro>.
There is a lot of overlap with LXDE, in terms of packages.

Ideas that might be useful for LXDE include:

   - Line commands needed to install the sets of packages, plus links to
scripts - that's a good idea for the LXDE wiki. ("Anonymous" from the
CrunchBang community added them. Yes, their username is, confusingly,
"Anonymous" and they're a helpful forum member.)
   - Keyboard shortcuts like Super+w for web browser. I love them.
   - dmenu, which most people wouldn't use but it's very tiny and handy for
   those that do use it.

Probably not suitable:

   - The Super+space to bring up the main menu (confusing to have different
   menus).
