If you already have some applications that can be launched from lxpanel,
right click on the icon and go to '"Application Launch Bar" Settings'. If
you don't, add "Application Launch Bar" by going to Panel Settings.

In "Application Launch Bar Settings", you should be able to add applications
that are in your menu, so if you want to add applications that are not in
your menu, you should write a desktop file first so that it is added on the
menu, and then add it on the launch bar.
