When issuing the call for translations I noticed that some files were
missing the last translator field (and language team but we do not really
use that=)).

Missing translator information, all strings translated
pt_BR - Maintained in Tx and should not be of any worry really.
s...@latin - Maintained in Tx
sr - Maintained in Tx

Missing translator, strings to update
ko
am - Updated today via Pootle so probably not of any problem.
fi - Earlier maintained in Tx, no updates for three months

I will try to find translators for these languages first. Checking old
records in the other components and stuff like that. It's just 11 strings
so any lead is a good lead to get them done in no time!

Missing translator, no strings translated yet
es_VE - There have been an active translator in othe components
et
eu
frp - Language not really supported by us because downstream does not
       support it.
ml
ms
nb
nn
ps
th
ur - there are at least one translator active since earlier
ur_PK - same as above.

I will not search too hard for these translators, where there have been
active efforts before I will try to find people but some of these files
has always been empty.

And ofc if there are people with connections in any way we are happy to
get them in to the loop. For more or less any language =)
