Hi Ziyan,
the Live media don't offer text or VNC install, you need to download the
DVD. This also means
* you need a network connection during install because LXDE is not
on the DVD
* you cannot use the package selection of the LXDE Spin but need
to select the software yourself. Be careful: Go through all
menus and unselect the GNOME defaults to not have anything
pulled in by dependencies
* you cannot use text install as it will not let you select
components fine grained.
Thus the only remaining options are VNC, Kickstart and a normal
installation. If you install from DVD you don't have the live system
running and require less RAM.
Kickstart is described in
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/13/html/Installation_Guide/sn-automating-installation.html
The kickstart I used for creating the LXDE spin is available at
http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=spin-kickstarts.git;a=tree
You will also need the files that are included with the "included"
statement.

Christoph
