I do not know a lot about documentation licenses so I have not 
explicitly attached a license to my howto, but it is 100% open content 
and anyone is free to modify and redistribute it. GFDL sounds just fine, 
just found it on wikipedia. I will update the licensing information.

P.s. according to wikipedia gfdl 1.2 is not the newest version of gfdl, 
should I use v1.3 or be consistent with your wiki and use v1.2?
