Hi Sthu,

if is is just for the startup, copy 
/usr/share/applications/kde4/konsole.desktop to ~/.config/autostart and
edit it. Add something like "--geometry 80x25-0-0" to the line that
starts with "Exec".

If you want a more powerful solution, you can use openbox's window
matching rules. Have a look at your ~/.config/openbox/lxde-rc.xml file.
In the <applications> section, you would add a rule like this one:

  <application name="konsole" class="Konsole">
    <position>
      <x>-0</x>
      <y>-0</y>
    </position>
  </application>
