Hi all,

I am new to this list, so let me introduce myself.
My name is Juan Farré. I'm a Computer Scientist from Spain, with long
experience in web technologies and in several programming languages, specially
C, C++ and Java.
I've recently bought a cheap netbook, installed Fedora LXDE spin and I've
become very interested in LXDE.
The reason to join this list is that I might (hopefully) find time to
collaborate in development.
The most important tool, in my opinion, that LXDE lacks is a native web browser
(as Gnome and KDE have) that is as lightweight as possible.
But I'm sure there must probably be some iniciative going on out there and
wouldn't like to start a parallel project.
Can you, please, tell me if there's any development going on with this
objective?
If not, I announce my intention (no promises ;) to start a new project and
begin building a lightweight browser, adding features one-by-one following a
priority-based schedule.

Thanks,

Juan
