The bug is about the "Run" dialog not getting focused when the user
presses CTRL+F2. Keyboard shortcuts are handled by Openbox, so I wonder
how a change in lxpanel will fix the focus issue?!
I was thinking of something along the lines of
<application name="lxpanel" class="Lxpanel">
<focus>yes</focus>
</application>
in Openbox's lxde-rc.xml and that's why I looked at the lxde-common
package.
