after some job I issued a new version with the following changelog:
• added one more panel icon size value to choose in preferences
• add layout dialog: headers clickable for sorting
• bugfix: using show layout as text and dark panel
• bugfix: detection of current keyboard layout at first run
• support for "per window layout" as in former plugin keyboard layout
switcher
• application launch bar plugin improvement: in config dialog doble click
on lists items causes buttons remove/add clicks
