It should work with any window managers.
Otherwise it's a bug.
What lxsession version are you using?
Julien Lavergne changed lxsession a lot during the last release.
However, I believed that he tried to keep everything backward
compatible so things should work.
I did not see obvious problems in your config files.
Do you get any log file in your ~/.cache/lxsession?
Are there any error messages?
