I made some job on either the keyboard layout handler and the launchbar
config dialog, the changelog below:
• keyboard layout handler: fixed bug - when adding a new usb keyboard the
settings were not applied
• keyboard layout handler: the dialog to choose keyboard model has the
columns clickable for sorting
• keyboard layout handler: on the add keyboard layout dialog, the wheel
click on a tree node expands/collapses the node
• launchbar: on the config window the Exec command of any launcher is
displayed at the bottom of the panes
• launchbar: on the config window right pane, the wheel click on a tree
node expands/collapses the node
