Hi, attached you find a patch fixing the blank ghost entries in keyboard layout combobox. It also enables keyboard combobox in lxdm.conf since it is usable now.
I tested it in gtk V2 environment. gtk3 I could not test due to missing environment. Hope to get this mainline - if any issues, let me know. Andreas
