I think it comes with LXDM (0.4.1).
Run a 'repoquery -l lxdm' to see all its files. You can use the example in its 
themes folder and make a theme for you (I'm saying this from memory as I use 
Xfce and lightdm). Also check its config files.

It has a few bugs when it comes to customizing the appearance and by trial and 
error you can find what works and what doesn't.
I think upstream (git repo) has fixed several of these bugs but I don't know 
when it's planned a new release.
