As someone with a UI/UX focus, I have to say that survey is a horrible mess.

Given how much thought I had to put into just trying to guess how some 
of your questions could be related to using a file manager, I doubt 
you'll get much useful information out of it.

(And, really, you ask what I use my file manager for and then give me a 
list of tasks that doesn't include anything akin to "organizing files" 
and looks more like it was copied from the list of registered Categories 
values in the XDG Desktop Entry specification?)

I'm glad you put in as many "Other: Please Explain" options as you 
did... though it'd probably have been a good idea to complement the 
"What caused you to choose your current file manager" question with 
something along the lines of "Are there any things that other file 
managers do better which you considered too secondary to sway your 
decision?"
