I have a major problem with running LXDE at the moment, in that whenever
I log on to it, the display shows the background [correct], and the top
panel bar [correct]. Then, this panel bar starts jumping around on the
screen without ever showing the menu icon. It is impossible to log out
of LXDE, the only way out is to turn off the computer and crash out.

I've tried removing LXDE, purging to clear configuration files out of
the way, and then deleting all instances of LXDE that I could find and
then re-installing LXDE, but the problem still remains.

Can anyone suggest a possible solution such that I can use LXDE
successfully please?

Thanks
Sharon.
