Posting in razor-qt google group or lxde-list@lists.sourceforge.net is
enough, I guess.
We might have a common mailing list later, but it's not ready yet so
now both are in use.
All active develoeprs are reading at least one of them.

Yes, and that's why I prefer libsecret previously, but that's just my
own opinion.
Other developers may have totally different ones.
Personally I'm ok with any solution given it works well and is not bloated.

Indeed, a high level, easier to use API is wanted.

We didn't seem to have a policy on this issue yet.
