Hello Daniele, Success.
I confirm now that I am able to enable external access to X server on lubuntu 12.10 system by (1) adding xserver-allow-tcp=true to /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf, then (2) execute xhost +. I am in trusted environment so I am not concerned about unauthorized access enabled by xhost +. Thank you again for your information.
