I have just check lxqt-config-randr. It is very powerful. I have read
the code and it would be possible integrate these features in
lxqt-config-randr.
Virtual modes with scale and panning is not an essential feature. Other
way is implement it as lxpanel widget. It could be useful in netbooks or
tables with small screens. In my netbook I use keystrokes in order to
select virtual resolutions. I need it to press ok button in big windows :-)

That piece of software is done by Francisco Ballina Sanchez, which is
a stipped down version of kde monitor config tool.
That one, IMO, is much more polished than current lxrandr-qt ported
from lxde.
So I'm discussing with him about the possibility to replace lxrandr-qt
with it.
Is it possible to integrate you changes to lxqt-config-randr instead?
