You remember, we discussed it already - as soon launchtaskbar instance
will be able to work as separate launchbar or separate taskbar (with the
same functionality so users will not see any panel behavior changes after
upgrade) we can safely remove both those plugins but have them as alias
to launchtaskbar instead. So let do it such way, please. That is not a
question of code but question of design, I always prefer to create design
first, then code, not other way around when design is created by the code
and it's why I always create convenient API first and only after that I
make an implementation. You might notice that already. :)

The best way would be to support 3 different ways (launchbar, taskbar,
and abovementioned way with integrated buttons) and that should be able
to select in configuration dialog, and selection of some way will then
make some options clickable but some not, and also context menu on the
buttons will change of course. That's my opinion.
