of course there is. Apidocs are already generated so best starting point might 
be: http://api.kde.org/frameworks-api/frameworks5-apidocs/

What's quite neat is that for each framework there's a "Dependencies" link 
showing the dependencies it has.

There's also http://community.kde.org/Frameworks/List which gives an overview 
of all frameworks and who is the maintainer. And last but not least they are 
listed in inqlude.org.

Sounds good. All seem to be tier1 (Attica is not yet listed, but it used to be 
kdesupport), kglobalaccel has a runtime component which still needs to be 
figured out where to put it.
