of course there is. Apidocs are already generated so best starting point might be: http://api.kde.org/frameworks-api/frameworks5-apidocs/ What's quite neat is that for each framework there's a "Dependencies" link showing the dependencies it has. There's also http://community.kde.org/Frameworks/List which gives an overview of all frameworks and who is the maintainer.
