I think #1 simply makes more sense. We won't be supporting Qt 4 forever. We're moving to adapt several KDE libs which require Qt 5 so I definitely see a future where we are Qt5 only. It makes sense to keep supporting Qt4 for the time being though. At a guess on the timeline I would say have a 1.0 release with 4+5 support and focus mainly on 5 afterwards. Thoughts? J.
