Hi, I did some hacks to speed up the startup of lxqt-panel. Some unnecessary time-consuming oprations are delayed until they're really needed. So now the startup time of lxqt-panel is decreased by more than half. Used along with systemd readahead this will improved even more. I believe that there're still some room for more optimizations. :-)
