I'd like to suggest a 0.7.0rc1 on the 1st of May to test our release
infrastructure, and a 0.7.0 release within the week after that.

I've been using both Razor and LXQt for a very long time now and I
haven't had a single crash in over a year. We still need plenty of
polishing but I am confident we can go ahead with a fairly imminent
release.
