I found that there is unofficial (?) translation platform in the
transifex.[1]

but I don't want to separate translation platform for any reason.

1. separating platform makes our translators to confuse where we would
better settle into.
2. there are many possibilities for any new comer person (who is no working
and inactive in every time) can be a coordinator.
-> in a real world, this situation is caused from a transifex. :-( It
makes me very embarrassed.

There is also platform we already using.[2] we would better to decide unify
each translation platform as soon as we can before release the first
official version of lxde-qt.

Please make sure this issue for many translators.
Thank you...
