Hi list

I've been triaging a lot lately and after the burst of new issues with
the 0.7 release I think our bug tracker is once again readable :)
I've disabled the separate issue trackers for all projects except:
 * lxqt-panel (will be disabled soon, please file new issues in
lxde-qt issue tracker)
 * libqtxdg, pcmanfm-qt, lximage-qt, obconf-qt, compton-conf,
libsysstat and lxqt.org - As these are all separate projects from the
LXQt desktop, they get their own trackers
Also disabled all wikis except the main one.

I've added two milestones to the project: 0.8 and 1.0. PCMan and I
discussed a 0.8 release within a couple of months would be ideal,
though of course it all depends on contributions.
1.0 issues are basically whatever goes in the "We'd like this before
we consider ourselves out of beta" category.

With that said, a first set of 0.8 issues is available here. Any takers? :)
