Hi again, I was thinking the Quick Launch issue was related to the others, but idont have others problems with Icons, just when trying to add one to the Task Bar as a Quick Launch/Shortcut. I have checked the Start Menu and most of the Preferences options and i see everything is ok.
Maybe i dont have the same issue as the since i have the Oxygen Theme already installed as you say, but just in case, i will try to reproduce it with a new Ubuntu Mini installation without the Oxygen Theme installed.
