Hi Jcsl,
The first issue (upload) is due to incorrect permissions on the
mediawiki/images directory. This should be solved if someone can run a command
like "chown -R <apache/nginx/whatever user>:<apache/nginx/whatever user>
images".
The second issue should be solved, I've added some rights to your account - if
it still doesn't work, let me know and I'll search for another solution.
