libqtxdg (QtXDG) 1.0 has been released. The major highlight of this release is of course Qt 5 support. Developers are encouraged to switch to the Qt 5 build, although the Qt4 build will still be maintained for the foreseeable future. The library is now considered stable. Going forward, there will be a very string backwards compatibility policy in place.
Other highlights: - QIconLoader can now search in multiple theme directories - The new methods XdgDirs::userDirs() and XdgDirs::setUserDirs() let you get and set user directories - XdgMimeInfo has been replaced by XdgMimeType. This is an internal change which should bring massive performance gains. Deprecated: - The proprietary XdgDesktopFile methods have been deprecated and will be dropped in the next release. New, desktop-neutral methods have been added in their place. Please use those instead.
