    Basic menu editing functions are present in the PCManFM version 1.2,
in the Applications folder, but that version is not available in stable
Debian yet, it will appear there later. Beside of PCManFM, there is no
dedicated menu editor between the LXDE components. Although you can use
any other desktop menu editing program, for example alacarte (menu editor
from GNOME).
