Well, pcmanfm-qt and pcmanfm share the same core libraries and design goals.
I'm the original author of the gtk+ version of pcmanfm, but now I'm
working on the Qt version instead.
Andriy took over the gtk+ version and did "A LOT OF" great
improvement, which is really awesome.
So now these two programs are developed independently and have
different main developers.
However, I'm in touch with Andriy and will largely follow his design
when making the Qt version.
PCManFM-Qt also shares the same core library libfm with the gtk+
version, which Andriy maintains.
The current Qt version roughly has the feature set of pcmanfm 1.0.
Though Andriy add many new features to the current gtk+ version, I'll
try to catch up with him.
Actually Andriy does not believe that I can do it since he moves
really fast, but I'll show you. :-)
It's not that difficult with Qt and just requires some time (which I
don't have at the moment, unfortunately).
After November, I'll have some more time for coding and will work on it.
Cheers!
