As of now lxde-applications.menu comprises lines
<And>
<Category>Graphics</Category>
<Not><Category>Utility</Category></Not>
due to which e. g. desktop entry files stating both Graphics and Utility
in "Categories" are shown as "Accessories" only in LXQt, not in "Graphics".
That "Not" line was committed by PCManFM some years ago.
It affects e. g. LXImage and its corresponding screenshot utility. I
have to say it seems pretty strange to me if an image viewer (sic!) is
stated as "Accessory" *only*.
So all in all I think this is way questionable.
Personally I don't think Utility should be excluded from Graphics by
lxde-applications.menu at all. If it is to be avoided that applications
are shown in both menu entries I'd rather go the other way around and
add <Not><Category>Graphics</Category></Not> to section Utility. Could
be that I'm missing something, of course.
But I do think something should be done. If lxde-applications.menu is to
be kept as is I'd strongly suggest to drop Utility from "Categories" in
LXImage [screenshot]'s desktop entry files.
