I've searched and haven't found this... I'm using kwin with lxqt and
have the box under desktop preferences, advanced for Window Manager to
"Show menus provided by window managers when desktop is clicked".. when I
click, nothing happens. What I would like to see is the menu with the
option to start up a console... am I missing something or is this a bug?
