Hi all. I don't have much experience with that and I don't know exactly which are the difficulties to do it, but in my opinion, most of the services should be centralized in our own server. Code and bug tracker on Github, and mirrors to our git (as it's already done to LXQt). Github is far from perfect, but as Jerome said, it seems to be much better for the users and new contributors.
I would definitely want to help with all necessary migrations and configurations, if we eventually decide to do it.
