[Lxde-list] Missing wait icons

Hi, I'm using LxQt 0.9.0 in Arch and I have some problems with the "hourglass" icon. My problem is that the mouse icon does not change when I open an application which is very frustrating as you don't know if you really opened it and end up opening several instances.

Probably this is not LXQt's fault but maybe you can point me in the right direction. I also have the same problem while logging in, as LXQt does not have a splash screen when I press enter in sddm nothing happens and I keep seeing the login screen for a while (not a very powerful PC and also no SSD)
