Not sure whether you're still interested in this now that your mail remained unanswered for so long. Some notes in case you are:
Since some weeks ago https://github.com/lxde/lxqt/wiki is used and open to any GitHub user for now. So given you have or create an account on GitHub you could get it into the page that way. Images can only be added reasonably by tweaking a local Git clone. If you shouldn't want to do that I could post the graphic on behalf of you, wouldn't be a problem to state your name to give credit. Anyway I'd strongly suggest to post both the source file and a PNG. Some corrections regarding the content: liblxqt-mount is still needed to build release 0.9 but got officially deprecated some months ago, see https://github.com/lxde/liblxqt-mount. This should be mentioned. lxqt-panel's optional dependencies Alsa, Pulse, lm-sensors and libstatgrab should be mentioned. lxqt-openssh-askpass is missing. Efforts to have it replaced are ongoing, see https://github.com/lxde/lxqt/issues/362, but for now it's still a regular component. lxqt-admin is missing. Also, I'd suggest to add liboobs and system tools backends explicitly. These are actually regular dependencies of lxqt-admin but do raise a problem to packagers due to their sparse availability. Given there's a component libfm-qt in PCManFM-Qt's source code I don't know whether libfm itself is still needed in the first place. Maybe PCMan can comment here to clarify.
