Hi list With Petr Vanek's blessing, QTerminal and QTermWidget are now LXQt projects. Here's what's changing:
* QTerminal is now the official terminal for LXQt, and the official replacement for lxterminal in LXQt. * We'll be pushing harder for fixes and polishing on it * Both projects have been transferred to the LXDE organization on Github (https://github.com/lxde/qterminal and https://github.com/lxde/qtermwidget) * All LXQt devs get commit access. Usual rules apply. * Downloads, as of next release, will be available on downloads.lxqt.org. What's not changing: * QTerminal and QTermWidget are not being released alongside the core LXQt project, they have their own cycle. * QTerminal will retain OSX/BSD compatibility * QTerminal will not depend on liblxqt (as long as we can't guarantee osx/bsd compatibility for it) * Issue trackers for the projects won't move, qterminal and qtermwidget will keep their individual trackers. * License will remain GPLv2+ Cheers!
