You can't register a new user at the LXDE-pootle-server since months. You'll get an 500 (internal server error). It has been reported a couple of times in the i18n-list. This basically means that no new translators can join. (I don't know how well the server works if you have an account already). Could some dev that have access to the pootle-server take a look at it?
