Hello *,

I recently switched from kde-4 to lxqt-0.10. A couple of minor things I
miss.

qterminal always shows "QTerminal" as a window title, ignoring window
title set by the shell. Tab titles are also just some fixed strings. In
okular, I can configure it to show the window title set by the shell
(and, for remote sessions, the host name). When doing long emerges (I use
Gentoo), I can see at a glance if I have "Emerging package 5 of 100" or
"Emerging package 95 of 100". In QTerminal, I just see long output
floating by, and no information about the number of the package being
compiled (emerge sets the window title to show this important
information). Would it be possible to show the window title set by the
shell in the tab title, and/or in the window title (for the current tab)?
The fixed strings used now are not very informative.

In the keyboard settings, I can choose the key for switching the keyboard
layout. I use CapsLock. Fine. But in kde, in addition to this, I can
configure it to use one of the keyboard leds to show the current layout. I
used the CapsLock led, and could immediately see if the current layout is
Russian (led on) or English (led off). Unfortunately, in lxqt I don't have
this possibility.

Andrey

Mobile security can be enabling, not merely restricting. Employees who
bring their own devices (BYOD) to work are irked by the imposition of MDM
restrictions. Mobile Device Manager Plus allows you to control only the
apps on BYO-devices by containerizing them, leaving personal data untouched!
