Thanks, that sounds really good. I'm happy that LXDE lives, I really 
like it;-) It's exactly all what I need and nothing more.
I was looking if lxqt-panel would be an option, but looks like not yet 
(no battery plugin for example).
Please let me know if I could help somehow. I don't have any GTK 
experience (and I don't want to have..), but I could help with general 
code maintenance.
