The server certificate used by downloads.lxqt.org has expired. In addition HTTP is redirected to HTTPS so non-interactive downloading by tools like curl is impaired right now. This should definitely be addressed before release 0.11 as several distributions are downloading that way. If it shouldn't be possible to renew the certificate in a timely manner temporarily disabling the redirects would be an option as well, IMO, as PGP signatures to verify the downloads are available.
