Regarding the Weather Plugin, once it's set up and retrieves the local weather information, it defaults to updating every 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, if I click on the plugin to display the information, it shows a timestamp of over one hour ago and the information did not change. If the Refresh icon is selected and the information still does not change, including the timestamp, would that indicate that wherever the plugin is retrieving the information from, that information did not actually change?
