AFAIK, generally there is no thing (such as trademarks and copyrights) to "transfer" ownership of, and no one with the authority to grant or deny permission to register any domain name - AFAIK, domains are registered on a first-come-first-served basis - that is: anyone may register any domain name which is not currently registered, and no one may object, even if segments of the domain name match someone else's legal or trademark name
