no - that's a separate issue (which I have been studying). The problem that I'm working on is that the workarounds to make UTF-8 (almost) work with an 8-bit curses do not at all work with wide-character curses. (At the beginning of working on 2.8.6dev.x, I had only in mind that the input of wide-characters wasn't implemented, but the more I work on it, the more there is to do). > If yes, Great!
