It depends on what version of "Red Hat Linux" you have.
For instance
ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/redhat/9/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/lynx-2.8.5-11.i386.rpm
might be for an older version of Red Hat. ("Fedora" is more likely).
