I tried to hack it in, not as display character set, but just a conversion
from iso-2022-jp to utf-8, but this is not a task that can be done quick,
because the internal architecture of lynx does not operate on wide strings
but rather uses one utf-16 value after another.
right - I don't want any extended fixes right now. I meant to work
through the 2.8.6 release early this year, but there was no time.
So I take back that offer, sorry.
