As direct requests to the offender and a request to lynx-dev-owner have
failed to get this broken subscription removed, could I request someone
with list administrator rights to please take this user off the mailing
list.

It looks as though they are a company role address and that they redirect
every received message back to the body From: address replacing the
body text with an acknowledgment and uppercasing all the incoming headers.

They do not seem to have any time delay between sending to the same
person.
