had this too; went and put in XCode, etc., etc., got it compiled, then
the lynxlet terminal app

was posted. Pretty much a stock build, but it takes 2 minutes to make it work.
I don't think you can call 'lynx' from a shell, but otherwise it works as you
would expect; Options is there, just no cfg or command line args AFAIK.
