I'm not sure if this configure option works correctly or not.
If I compile lynx with --enable-gnutls-compat and without
--with-gnutls=/usr it looks lynx binary is same as the one
compiled with --without-gnutls.

If I compile lynx with --enable-gnutls-compat and 
--with-gnutls=/usr it looks lynx binary is same as the one
compiled with --with-gnutls=/usr and without 
--enable-gnutls-compat.

How do I misunderstand?
