If I change the user-agent, it does deliver a page, so it's based on that. (w3m and *links* aren't rejected). Perhaps its webmaster has some opinion to offer.
On further enquiry, it appears that Apache's mod_security rules think that Lynx users are trying to inject commands (Error 406). Are you aware of this? AFAIK all the pages are compliant XHTML/CSS, but I have no involvement with the actual website, just the server.
