They won't let you use their viewer unless you upload a file. >From the error page: You need to create a file called delorie.htm or delorie.gif (here's one) on your web server to prove you're the webmaster. When I see this file (it can be empty) I'll allow my tools to access your site. So create an empty file named delorie.html and upload it to your web host.
